SHIPPING

Shipping delays may be experienced as we are a small business, so thank you so much for your patience in advance if this is the case. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN AUS (REGISTERED POST) - $10AU FLAT RATE 

Items are posted with Australia Post. Once your order has been posted you will receive email confirmation with your tracking information. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -$30AU FLAT RATE

Finding Nina is not responsible for any applicable duty fees potentially incurred upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.

Please note that an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may result in your parcel being returned, abandoned or lost.The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees or loss of item if this occurs. This applies to both national and international orders. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Finding Nina is currently not able to accept returns on any basis. Please read the item’s description carefully, where all details, sizing and imperfections are noted as diligently as possible, and do not hesitate to email for more information at info@findingninavintage.com

If you have concerns or are dissatisfied with your order, please drop a line to contact@findingninavintage.com, and we will do our absolute best to resolve any issues to the best of our ability. 

Please note: colour of products may vary slightly due to individual device settings/environmental factors and will not qualify for an exchange 

 

SIZING

Item's are listed in AU sizing, and are measured to the best of our ability. Size ranges are based on our estimate. Any additional item queries can be made to info@findingninavintage.com or via Instagram message @findingnina_vintage. 

We suggest measuring up some favourite garments you already own as a referral when shopping online, to ensure you are happy with the way the garment will fall on your body.

All of the vintage items at Finding Nina are either carefully sourced vintage or handmade. Each piece is inherently imperfect and has a rich history. Any major imperfections/signs of wear will be noted in the item's description to the best of our ability. 

We ask that you keep the nature of vintage in mind when shopping at our store, and appreciate that your purchase has lived a life before coming into yours.
